  A den of tranquility in the verdant foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The cabin I stayed in--Goldfinch--is thoughtfully kitted-out with just about everything a vacationer could want. The proprietor Natalie is engaging, helpful, and full of useful local knowledge. She even gave me a host of podcast recommendations that I am already enjoying. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Go and stay!
